"Jammiest" of them all

We always have a stream of photos, and stories from our events so we thought, as a team, we would keep you updated, as live as possible with all the event action. For photos, recipes, tips and quotes, keep an eye on the Events Team Blog.
 
We've waded through all the recipes and have selected the final 30 who will go through to the second round of our Perfect Preserve competition.  I must say it's been quite difficult as so many sound so good.  I hope we've chosen right across the board and have included pickles, chutneys, sauces, jams, cheeses and alcohol related preserves.  We've also taken into account easy accessibility to ingredients and costs too.
