How are products bought from the online shop delivered?

Our products are delivered by Parcelforce. They will try to deliver twice; if delivery is still not successful, the products will then be left at the nearest depot for you to collect (sometimes this can be a long way from your home).

Parcelforce currently do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, we strongly advise you to consider that you use an address where someone is going to be in, like your work address. If Parcelforce fail to get your parcel to you during this process, it will be returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot make changes to your delivery address after your parcel has left us. A charge will be made for re-sending packages.
