We are predominately supplying to local shops in the South West of England and a few further a field. They are mainly farm shops and small independent retailers who have a real commitment to local food.

As you can see River Cottage products are now available in selected retail outlets outside of the Dorset, Devon, Somerset area including, by popular demand, some stockists in and around the London area. We are constantly monitoring the distance our products are travelling and the efficiency of the delivery method.

The London runs often work out by doubling up on deliveries with our partners Dorset Blue Soup and Brown Cow Organics and other producers who have existing orders with the same London retailers (therefore halving the overall food miles).

We are currently looking at more Dorset / Somerset based food producers to share our ride, to increase the fuel – efficiency of these deliveries even more. We are also actively pursing discussions with our delivery partners about more environmentally friendly vehicles, for example LPG and Electric powered units, and solar powered refrigeration units. Becoming a River Cottage stockist
