How will my items be delivered?
You decide! There are now 2 delivery methods to choose from. Our system will default to the Royal Mail. However for heavier parcels it may be cheaper to choose Parcelforce. To change the delivery method and check the prices, select the option using the drop down menu next to the P&P in your basket.
Via the post:
Your parcel will be sent via first class or parcel post.
If you choose Parcelforce couriers:
For these orders, please consider using a work address as they will require a signature and will be delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday. You can change your delivery address on the next page, once you have pressed the "Place order" button.
Our system will send you an email letting you know when we have dispatched your parcel and what it’s consignment number is. Parcels can be tracked on the Parcelforce website http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw
Parcels weighing less than 10 kg will be dispatched using the 24 hour service and parcels weighing over 10kg will be dispatched using the 48 hour service.
All deliveries of Stinger beer and other alcohol will be made using the 48 hour service.
Please note: you should receive your package either 24 or 48 hours from time of dispatch not time of placing the order.

Otherwise, please check you have the correct items listed in your basket and the correct quantities for each item.
When you press the "Place order" button you will then be asked to login or register and then you will be asked to confirm your delivery address before paying.
Help
To change the quantity of any item ordered, enter a new quantity and press the "Update" button.
If you want to remove an item from your shopping basket, enter a "0" quantity and press the "Update" button.
To complete your order, press the "Place order" button.
Important Notes
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but we are a small company, hence please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of orders. All overseas orders will be sent via air mail - please allow up to a week for delivery once you have received your dispatch email.
If you are booking tickets for an event - you will be sent confirmation via email. This will include details such as the address and directions to the River Cottage H.Q. and any special notes for your event. Please make sure we have your correct email address.
